Sales

INSIDE SALES - ACCOUNT MANAGER - BRANCH MANAGER

As a sales management trainee you will learn the business of staffing by beginning your career with
GTR
as an inside sales representative. Once you have become an "expert" in staffing you will move into the account manager role and begin to develop sales relationships with companies throughout our region.

After you have established a proven track record as an account manager you will have the opportunity to run your own
GTR office as the branch manager. You will be involved in determining the location of the office, staffing the office and running a successful sales office.

Recruiting

RECRUIT TOP PERFORMERS.

 

Do you have strong people skills and an eye for detail? The recruiting department is responsible for attracting and interviewing job seekers to find the best qualified candidates for our clients’ open positions.

 

While learning the business of recruiting, junior recruiters are responsible for daily recruiting functions to assist senior recruiters in connecting candidates with companies throughout our region. Responsibilities include searching for and identifying qualified candidates and scheduling those candidates for interviews.

 

Once a proven track record of success is established, junior recruiters are eligible to be promoted into the senior recruiter role.
